I’ve been helping people create harmonious movement patterns since 1996. I specialize in relief and resilience from stress and post traumatic stress. I teach gentle rhythmic movements, holistic resilience, self care, and intentional living. My background is in Dance, I have multiple fitness certifications, and an MA in Expressive Arts Therapy with a focus on trauma. I have recovered from post traumatic stress, and using my professional and lived experience have developed  a series of movement remedies to help women recover from sexual assault. I am a Resilience Coach & Consultant, and am passionate about helping people find greater ease, freedom, and choice in their bodies and in their lives.
