To our practitioners: One Stop Therapy (OST) is an online directory that allows practitioners to showcase their uniqueness, advertise their services, book sessions and increase their clientele.
To our clients: We provide resources to you, connecting you with the therapists and workshops that are best suited to your individual healing and growth.
Who will be helping me?
Your choice! Feel free to browse a wide variety of therapists and workshops to find what works best for you. You may always reach out to us directly at, and one of our helpful team members will answer your questions.
How much will One Stop Therapy cost me?
To our clients: nothing! One Stop Therapy is free for you to register and browse.
To our practitioners: There is a monthly fee of $29.99 to partner with us. Visit our practitioner page to learn more about the benefits of registering with OST.
Is this covered under my insurance?
This will depend on your individual plan. We host RMTs, physiotherapists, osteopathists, and many more modalities that are often covered by most plans. Please consult your plan first, and you’re free to also contact any practitioner to inquire about their qualifications, to see if they’re covered by your insurance.
How do I setup an appointment?
Find the therapist with whom you would like to book, search their calendar for availability, and pick your time slot! It’s that simple. All booking information is included on the individual practitioner’s OST page.
I need to cancel my appointment, what do I do?
Please contact the practitioner directly. Contact details are also provided on their OST page.
How will my privacy be protected?
Part of our community standards and code of ethics is to enforce a strict non-disclosure of personal information for every client that books through our page. We won’t share your information with anyone, anything you do share is strictly between yourself and your practitioner of choice.
I don't know which practitioner will best suit my needs, what d I do?
You have many resources to assist with your choices. You may browse the directory by condition; if you are experiencing anxiety, you can put that into the search bar the results will populate practitioners and therapists that specialize in treating that specific experience. If you’re feeling hesitant about anyone, you can reach out to them directly with questions and concerns.
I bought tickets to an event but cant go can I get a refund?
You will need to reach out directly to the event organizers – they set their own refund policies.
