*What can we do to encourage a positive workplace culture that supports staff wellbeing

*How we can support staff who might be experiencing a mental health problem

*What do we mean by ‘Wellbeing’

*Discuss techniques to help lift mood and manage anxiety

*Dispel common myths about mental health

*Talk about some of the statistics surrounding mental health and why we need to care about this

*Brief look at legislation and how this applies to workplaces and staff mental health

*What is CBT and how might this be useful as a strategy to manage wellbeing.”
