Nature of Work will be hosting a 45-minute webinar to walk through key principles and practices that will help you gain a sense of control over your time and attention, lower stress and anxiety, and optimize your work/life integration. They’ll focus on practical solutions with actions you can take that will have an immediate impact on your performance and mental wellness; concluding with a Q&A period, diving into specific challenges that you may be facing.

Following the webinar, we will lead you through a live, 60 minute Build class with India, to reset, regroup and refocus.”
