“This workshop is part of our series of, “Building Resiliency” to help parents, caregivers and guardians support themselves and their family heal from trauma and address mental health concerns.

Join Psychotherapist & Social Worker, Nicole Perryman and her team as she explores the topic: Building Resiliency in Mental Health: Understanding and Supporting Others.

This workshop will explore the significant mental health disorders, the impact of trauma, and healthy ways to build resiliency. We will also identify ways caregivers can build resiliency with themselves and family focusing on wellness, healing trauma, and building connections.

Workshop Objectives:

introduction to holistic coping & self care strategies,
supporting others struggle from mental health concerns
