The Feldenkrais® Method of somatic education is a trademarked set of techniques that intend to create graceful movement and improve mobility with gentle, easy to perform motions. It has been shown to help with emotional regulation, cognitive performance, and reducing both physical and mental stress. The founder, Moshe Feldenkrais, combined an extensive knowledge of neurology, physics, anatomy, psychology and body mechanics to form the Feldenkrais® Method.
